Description

This creamy chicken with mushrooms is a comforting and easy to prepare dish, perfect for a quick and tasty weeknight meal. I love this recipe because it is simple and adaptable. You can easily vary the mushrooms or add other vegetables according to your tastes. The creamy tomato sauce is just divine and perfectly coats the chicken. This dish is ideal to accompany rice, pasta or green vegetables. A real delight for the whole family!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • to taste Salt or fine salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Paprika
  • 1 can Paris mushrooms
  • 20 cl Fresh cream
  • 1 can Tomato concentrate
  • 10 g Butter
  • 2 piece Onions
  • 1 clove Crushed garlic
  • 2 escalopes Chicken

Preparation (6 steps)

Chopped onions and garlic

Peel and coarsely chop 2 onions. Peel 1 clove of garlic. Put the onions and garlic in the bowl and chop 3 Sek./Stufe 5.

Sauté the onions and garlic

Add 10 g of butter to the bowl and sauté 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add the mushrooms

Add 1 large can of drained Paris mushrooms to the bowl and cook 5 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Prepare the sauce

Add 1 can of tomato concentrate, 20 cl of fresh cream, salt, pepper and paprika to the bowl. Mix 5 Sek./Stufe 3.

Cook the chicken in the sauce

15 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Cut 2 chicken cutlets into pieces. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and cook 15 Min./100°C/Linkslauf Stufe 1.
