Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 300 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 300 g Cream cheese
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 1 Hand Herbs (e.g. basil, oregano)
  • 100 ml Pasta cooking water
  • 1 Stück Burrata
  • Aceto Balsamico Crema

Preparation (6 steps)

Preheat oven and prepare ingredients

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Place 300g cherry tomatoes and 4 unpeeled garlic cloves on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

Roast vegetables

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for approx. 20 minutes.

Cook pasta

In the meantime, cook 300g spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Save approx. 100 ml of pasta water.

Prepare the sauce

Put the roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves in the mixing bowl. Add 300g cream cheese, 40g Parmesan and 1 handful of herbs (e.g. basil, oregano). Purée for 10 sec./speed 5.

Mix sauce and pasta

Return the sauce to the pasta pot, mix with the drained pasta and add approx. 100ml of pasta cooking water. Mix for 5 sec./Reverse/speed 2.

Serve

Serve the dish with torn 1 Burrata and some Aceto Balsamico Crema on top.
