Adding the beans and sage

Add the borlotti beans already boiled, a few fresh sage leaves, a ladle of hot water and vegetable or chicken broth. Salt and cook for 20 Min./100°C/Stufe 1 with the lid on.

Cooking the pasta

Add the pasta and cook for the time indicated on the package, checking and adding boiling water if necessary. Set the temperature to 100°C and the Stufe 1.

Rest and service

Remove from the heat, stir and let rest for 5 Min. with the lid on. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. No Thermomix settings are needed in this step.
