This Italian-style ground beef loaf is a hearty and flavorful dish that's perfect for a family dinner. I've been making this recipe for years, and it's always a hit! Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 2 piece large eggs, beaten
  • 0.75 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp Italian-style seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 14.5 ounce diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation (4 steps)

Preheat Oven

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). This step does not involve the Thermomix.

Combine Ingredients

Add 1 ½ pounds ground beef, 2 large beaten eggs, ¾ cup dry bread crumbs, ¼ cup ketchup, 1 teaspoon Italian-style seasoning, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes (drained), and 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese to the mixing bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 4 until well combined.

Transfer to Loaf Pan

Press the mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan and cover loosely with foil. This step does not involve the Thermomix.

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), about 1 hour. This step does not involve the Thermomix.
