Delicious crescent cookies, perfect for Christmas!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 150 g Margarine
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 TL Vinegar
  • 1 TL Baking powder
  • 300 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar

Preparation (13 steps)

Mix margarine and sour cream

Put margarine and sour cream in the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./ speed 3.

Add vinegar and baking powder

Mix vinegar and baking powder in a small bowl, add to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds/ speed 3.

Add flour and knead dough

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/Kneading speed

Add flour and knead to a dough for 3 min. /kneading stage.

Clean mixing bowl

Rinse and dry mixing bowl.

Cool dough

Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Portion dough

Place the dough on a floured work surface and divide into eight equal parts.

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 200°C top/bottom heat.

Shape rogaliki

Roll out all eight parts round, cut into 12 cake pieces and roll each piece from the outside in, place on the baking sheet.

Bake rogaliki

Bake one after the other for about 15 minutes. Then let cool slightly.

Prepare powdered sugar

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 10

Put sugar in the mixing bowl and process to powdered sugar for 30 sec./ speed 10.

Pour powdered sugar

Pour powdered sugar into a bowl.

Roll rogaliki in powdered sugar

Roll the rogaliki one after the other in the powdered sugar and place in a tin (without a lid).

Store rogaliki

As soon as the rogaliki have cooled down completely, the tin can be closed.
