Description

This Salsa Verde, prepared in the Thermomix®, is a simple and spicy dip with green bell pepper, parsley and garlic. Refined with red wine vinegar and cumin, it is ideal with finger food and appetizers. The vegan recipe is ready in just 10 minutes and makes 2 servings. Perfect for parties or as a quick snack for lovers of light, cold cuisine.

1 Stück Bell pepper (green)
2 Stück Clove of garlic
1 Bund Flat-leaf parsley
30 ml Red wine vinegar
0.5 TL Salt
0.25 TL Pepper
200 g Olive oil
1 TL Cumin

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare bell pepper

Wash, core and cut 1 bell pepper (green) into rough pieces.

Mix ingredients

Put the rough bell pepper pieces, 2 cloves of garlic (peeled), 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley, 2 tbsp (30 ml) red wine vinegar, 0.5 tsp salt, 0.25 tsp pepper, 200 g olive oil, 1 tsp cumin into the mixing bowl.
