500 g Spaghetti

100 g Walnuts
-
2 Stück Garlic cloves

0.5 Bund Parsley

50 ml Olive oil

2 EL Lemon juice
Preparation (4 steps)
Cook spaghetti
Add 1000 ml water to the mixing bowl and bring to a boil. Add 1 tsp salt. Add 500 g spaghetti to the mixing bowl and cook according to package directions.
Prepare nuts and garlic
Add 100 g walnuts, 2 garlic cloves and 1/2 bunch of parsley to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 5.
Heat oil
Add 50 ml olive oil to the mixing bowl and heat for 3 minutes/120°C/speed 1.
Mix ingredients
Add the cooked spaghetti, the nut-garlic mixture, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 pinch of pepper and 2 tbsp lemon juice to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 seconds/Reverse/speed 1.
Finished cooking? Great! 🎉
