Description

This soft cake with peaches and chocolate is a true summer pleasure! The combination of fresh peaches and chocolate chips makes it irresistible. Preparation is quick and easy thanks to the Thermomix®, ideal for those who have little time but don't want to give up a homemade dessert. Perfect for breakfast, a snack or as dessert after dinner. A great idea to use seasonal peaches and delight the whole family. It prepares in no time and the result is guaranteed! Try it, you won't regret it!

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 2 piece eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 ml seed oil
  • 100 ml milk
  • 250 g 00 flour
  • 8 g baking powder for cakes
  • 300 g peaches
  • 100 g chocolate chips
  • chocolate chips

Preparation (5 steps)

Eggs, sugar, oil and milk in the bowl

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 4

Insert 2 eggs, 150 g of sugar, 100 ml of seed oil and 100 ml of milk into the bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 4.

Adding flour and baking powder

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 5

Add 250 g of 00 flour and 8 g of baking powder for cakes into the bowl. Mix for 30 Sek./Stufe 5.

Incorporate the peaches and chocolate chips

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Linkslauf Speed 2 Reverse

Add 300 g of peaches cut into small pieces and 100 g of chocolate chips into the bowl. Mix with the spatula for 10 Sek./Linkslauf Stufe 2 to evenly distribute the ingredients.

Pour the dough into the cake tin

Pour the mixture into a 24 cm diameter springform pan, previously lined with baking paper. Level with a spatula and decorate with chocolate chips to taste.

Baking in the oven

Bake in a preheated fan oven at 170°C for 45 minutes. Do the toothpick test to check that it is cooked.
