Description

This tower of savory crepes is a delicious and original option for a brunch, a light meal or even as an appetizer at a party. The combination of soft crepes with layers of fresh vegetables, cheese, ham and mayonnaise creates an explosion of flavors and textures. It is a dish that can be prepared in advance and customized with your favorite ingredients. I usually add a little rocket to give it a spicy touch. Go ahead and try this recipe, you will love it! Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 piece egg
  • 100 gramos 000 flour
  • 200 centímetros cúbicos milk
  • 2 láminas natural ham
  • 2 láminas sliced cheese
  • 1 tomate tomato
  • 50 gramos lettuce, spinach and rocket
  • 2 huevos eggs
  • 6 cucharadas soperas mayonnaise

Preparation of the crepe batter

Thermomix® Setting

In the Thermomix bowl, add the egg, flour and milk. Mix for 20 seconds/Stufe 4. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Cooking the hard-boiled eggs

Thermomix® Setting
12 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Place the eggs in the Thermomix basket. Add 500 ml of water to the bowl. Program 12 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Cooking the crepes

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan and cook the crepe on both sides until golden brown. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough. Reserve the crepes in the refrigerator to cool.

Assembly of the crepe tower

Spread a crepe with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Place chopped green leaves on top. Spread another crepe with mayonnaise and place it on top of the green leaves. Spread the other side of the crepe and add the cheese slices.

Add tomato

Add another crepe, spread it with mayonnaise and arrange the tomato cut into thin slices.

Add ham

Spread another crepe with mayonnaise and add more chopped green leaves on top. Spread another crepe and arrange it with the mayonnaise on the leaves so that they do not move. Spread the other side of the crepe and add the ham slices.

Decorate and chill

Place the last crepe and spread it with mayonnaise. Chop the hard-boiled eggs in the Thermomix for 3 Seg./Stufe 4. Decorate the tower with the chopped hard-boiled egg. Let it cool for 15-20 minutes in the freezer covered or 2 hours in the refrigerator.
