Moistened biscuits

Pour the melted butter over the crumbled biscuits and mix well with a spoon until all the biscuits are well moistened.

2 min/Speed 3.5

Insert the fresh cream into the clean and cold bowl. Whip with the butterfly whisk for 2 Min./Stufe 3.5, checking the consistency.

Add the cream cheese, sugar and grated lemon zest into the bowl with the whipped cream. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 3.

Dessert assembly

Transfer the cream into a pastry bag. Put some biscuits on the bottom of the glasses, then a layer of cream cheese, followed by a layer of marmalade. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.

Decoration and cooling

Complete the glasses with tufts of cream and a few mint leaves. Store in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
