Insert the dry biscuits into the bowl and chop for 10 Sec./Level 8. Transfer the crumbled biscuits to a bowl.

Insert the butter into the bowl and melt for 2 Min./50°C/Level 2.

Moistened biscuits

Pour the melted butter over the crumbled biscuits and mix well with a spoon until all the biscuits are well moistened.

2 min/Speed 3.5

Insert the fresh cream into the clean and cold bowl. Whip with the butterfly for 2 Min./Level 3.5, checking the consistency.

Cream cheese

Add the spreadable cheese, sugar and grated lemon zest into the bowl with the whipped cream. Mix for 20 Sec./Level 3.

Assembly of the desserts

Transfer the cream to a pastry bag. Put some biscuits on the bottom of the glasses, then a layer of cream cheese, followed by a layer of jam. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full.

Decoration and cooling

Complete the glasses with cream puffs and a few mint leaves. Store in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
