Description

These savory pancake rolls are filled with a hearty ground meat sauce and sour cream. A quick and filling dish, ideal for lunch or dinner. The preparation is done with the Thermomix® and is therefore uncomplicated. Perfect for those who love a hearty meal and have little time.

Ingredients (16 ingredients)

  • 4 Stück Eggs
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • Butter or oil
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 3 EL Tomato paste
  • 1 EL Italian herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 150 ml Water

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare pancake batter

Thermomix® Setting
30 sec/Speed 4

Put 4 eggs, 500 ml milk, 300 g flour and 1 pinch of salt into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 4. If necessary, use the spatula to scrape down from the edge and mix again for 10 sec/speed 4.

Bake pancakes

Heat some butter or oil in a pan and bake 4-6 thick pancakes one after the other. (2 ladles of dough per pancake)

Chop onion and garlic

Put 1 onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 5. Add 1 clove of garlic and chop for 3 sec/speed 7. Use the spatula to scrape everything down from the edge.

Sauté onion and garlic

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté for 3 min/120°C/speed 1.

Brown ground meat

Brown the ground meat in a separate pan with some oil and season with salt and pepper.

Add tomato paste and herbs

Add 3 tbsp tomato paste and 1 tbsp Italian herbs to the ground meat in the pan and sauté briefly.

Prepare tomato sauce

Add 200 g chopped tomatoes and 150 ml water to the ground meat in the pan and simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Fill and roll pancakes

Spread the pancakes with 200 g sour cream and top with the ground meat mixture. Roll up or fold the pancakes.
