Description
This Handkäs dip from the Thermomix® is a hearty delight with Handkäse, sour cream, crème fraîche and fresh spring onions. Refined with mustard and garlic, it is ideal as finger food or an appetizer. Preparation takes about 20 minutes, the cooling time is about 4 hours. The recipe is designed for 4 servings and is perfect for parties or as a hearty snack.

1 TL Mustard, heaped

1 Zehe Garlic

1 TL Lemon juice

1 TL Paprika powder

1 Prise Salt

Preparation (6 steps)
Prepare Handkäse and herbs
Cut the Handkäse into small cubes.
Cut spring onions and chives
Cut the spring onions and chives into fine rings.
Chop garlic
Put the garlic clove in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.
Prepare dip
Add sour cream, crème fraîche, mustard, chopped garlic, lemon juice, paprika powder, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl. Stir for 10 sec./speed 3.
Fold in ingredients
Add Handkäse cubes, spring onion rings and chives rings to the mixing bowl and fold in with the spatula.
Let the dip sit
Let the dip sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Season again before serving.
