Description
This Thermomix® recipe for roast beef on lamb's lettuce with tomato is a protein-rich and low-carbohydrate dish. In addition to roast beef, lamb's lettuce and tomatoes, basil and herb salt provide a Mediterranean taste. This salad for one person is prepared in just 15 minutes. Ideal as a light meal, after a workout or as a quick appetizer.

200 g Lamb's lettuce

Balsamic vinegar without sugar
Preparation (6 steps)
Wash lamb's lettuce and tomato
Wash lamb's lettuce and tomato under running water and dry with a kitchen towel or salad spinner.
Arrange salad and tomato
Place lamb's lettuce and tomato on a flat plate.
Prepare roast beef
Fold roast beef and drape over the salad.
Season salad
Add herb salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the mixing bowl.
Mix dressing
Stir in herb salt, pepper, olive oil and sugar-free balsamic vinegar in the mixing bowl for 10 sec/level 3.
Drizzle salad with dressing
Drizzle the salad with the dressing and decorate with basil leaves.
