Description

This dish of baked sea bream with baker's style potatoes is a traditional Spanish recipe that always triumphs.   • 2 piece Large sea bream, opened in half without spine
  • 4 piece Potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 Trozo Red pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • Oil

Preparation of the vegetables

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Peel and cut the onion into thin strips. Cut the red pepper into thin strips.

Sauce of potatoes, onion and pepper

Thermomix® Setting
45 min/248°F/Giro a la izquierda/Vel. cuchara 120 Reverse

Pour 50 ml of oil into the Thermomix glass. Add the potatoes, onion and red pepper. Program 45 minutes/120°C/Reverse direction/Spoon speed.

Preparation of the sea bream

While the potatoes are cooking, season the sea bream inside and out.

Incorporation of the sea bream

Thermomix® Setting
15 min/248°F/Giro a la izquierda/Vel. cuchara 120 Reverse

Place the sea bream on top of the potatoes in the Thermomix glass. Program 15 minutes/120°C/Reverse direction/Spoon speed.
