Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 300 gramos Seafood mix
  • 4 puñados Thick noodles
  • 500 mililitros Fish stock
  • 150 gramos Fried tomato
  • 3 dientes Garlic
  • 100 gramos Onion
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0.5 cucharada postre Black pepper
  • 1.5 cucharadas postre Paprika
  • 1 cucharada sopera Rum

Prepare the ingredients

Prepare all the ingredients: 300 grams of seafood mix, 4 handfuls of thick noodles, 500 milliliters of fish stock, 150 grams of fried tomato, 3 cloves of garlic, 100 grams of onion, 1 pinch of salt, ½ dessert spoon of black pepper, 1½ dessert spoons of paprika and 1 tablespoon of rum.

Defrost the seafood

Defrost the seafood in the microwave in short intervals to prevent it from cooking. Reserve the water resulting from thawing.

Heat the fish stock

Pour the fish stock into the Thermomix bowl. Add a pinch of salt and heat 5 Min./100°C/Stufe 1.

Prepare the sofrito

Chop the onion in the Thermomix: 3 Seg./Stufe 5. Add the garlic cloves and chop: 3 Seg./Stufe 7. Add the paprika, black pepper and rum. Sauté: 5 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Add the tomato and crush

Add the fried tomato to the Thermomix bowl and crush: 30 Seg./Stufe 8.

Incorporate the sofrito, seafood and noodles

Pour the crushed sofrito into the Thermomix bowl. Add the crumbled seafood, the thawing water and the thick noodles. Program: 12 Min./100°C/Giro a la izquierda/Velocidad cuchara.
