Description
This caramel nut spread is a poem! I love making it when I'm in the mood for something sweet for breakfast again. It is so quick and easy to prepare that you can make it spontaneously. The combination of caramel and nuts is simply unbeatable and the spread tastes good on bread, rolls or croissants. If you like it a bit more chocolatey, you can add a small spoonful of nut-nougat cream. An absolute must for all sweet tooths!
Ingredients (3 ingredients)

200 g Candy

50 g Buttery soft

50 g Cream
Preparation (3 steps)
Chop candy
Place 200 g candy in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec/speed 7 with the help of the spatula.
Prepare spread
Add 50 g soft butter and 50 g cream and mix everything in the mixing bowl for 5 min./37°C/speed 2.
Filling and cooling
Pour the finished spread into a screw-top jar and refrigerate.
