200 g Spice Speculoos

100 g Condensed milk

60 g brown sugar

50 g Butter, in pieces

1 TL Speculoos spice

0.5 TL Cinnamon

1 Prise Salt
Preparation (3 steps)
Grind Speculoos
Place spice speculoos in the mixing bowl and grind for 15 sec/speed 8, then transfer.
Heat ingredients
Add condensed milk, sugar and butter in pieces to the mixing bowl and heat for 3 min/70°C/speed 2.
Mix spices
Add spices and speculoos and mix for 30 sec/speed 5. Pour the speculoos cream into sterile jars.
