Description
This creamy leeks fondue is a simple and tasty accompaniment, perfect to accompany grilled meat or fish. I often prepare it in the fall, when the leeks are at their best. The sweetness of the melted leeks, combined with the richness of the cream, makes it a comforting and delicious dish. It's a recipe that I adapted for the Thermomix®, which makes it even easier and faster to make. A real treat for the taste buds!
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

1 kg leek
-
60 g butter
-
3 tbsp fresh cream
-
1 pinch fine salt

1 pinch pepper
Preparation (4 steps)
Preparation of the leeks
Peel 1 kg of leeks by removing 3/4 of the green. Split them in half and wash them thoroughly under running water. Then, slice them thinly.
Melting the butter
Put 60 g of butter in the Thermomix bowl and melt for 2 Min./60°C/Stufe 1.
Cooking the leeks
Add the sliced leeks to the Thermomix bowl. Cook over low heat and covered for 10 Min./90°C/Stufe 1.
Adding the fresh cream
Add 3 tbsp of fresh cream, salt and pepper to the Thermomix bowl. Bring to a boil for 1 Min./90°C/Stufe 2.
