Description

This creamy ground meat lasagna from the Thermomix® is a hearty main course with ground beef, lasagna sheets, strained tomatoes and mozzarella. Supplemented with fresh vegetables such as carrots and celery, this creates an aromatic casserole. Prepared in just 40 minutes, of which 20 minutes is active work time, the recipe yields 4 servings. Ideal for a warming family meal or as a hearty meal.

Ingredients (20 ingredients)

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 9 Stück Lasagna noodle sheets
  • 800 g Strained tomatoes
  • 400 g Chopped tomatoes with basil
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 1 große Carrot
  • 50 g Celeriac
  • 2 mittelgroße Onions
  • 2 Zehen Garlic
  • 30 g Tomato paste
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 TL Oregano, dried spice
  • 1 TL Basil, dried spice
  • 1 Prise Sugar
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 50 g Cream cheese, double cream level
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 1 kleine Prise Nutmeg
  • 1 nach Bedarf Black pepper
  • 1 nach Bedarf Chopped basil

Preparation (9 steps)

Chop vegetables

Put carrot and celery in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./level 5 and transfer. Put onions and garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté onions and vegetables

Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to the mixing bowl. Add onions, carrots and celery and sauté for 5 min./120°C/level 1.

Add garlic

30 sec/248°F/Speed 1 248°F

Add garlic and sauté for 30 sec./120°C/level 1.

Fry ground meat

Fry the ground meat in a separate pan until it is crumbly and lightly browned. Add 1 tbsp of oil if necessary. Add the fried ground meat to the mixing bowl.

Add tomato paste and spices

Add tomato paste, salt, oregano and basil and sauté for 1 min./120°C/level 1.

Add tomatoes and lasagna sheets

15 min/212°F/Gentle stir speed/Linkslauf 212°F Reverse

Add strained tomatoes, chopped tomatoes and sugar. Stir in the lasagna sheets, broken into coarse pieces. Cook for 15 min./100°C/reverse/gentle stir setting. Stir in between with the spatula.

Prepare trick béchamel sauce

Add cream cheese, cream, salt and nutmeg to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 4.

Fold in béchamel sauce and mozzarella

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/140°F/Speed 1 140°F

Fold the trick béchamel sauce into the lasagna. Spread mozzarella slices on top and melt for 5 min./60°C/level 1.

Serve with fresh basil and black pepper.
