Description

This strawberry yogurt ice cream is an absolute summer hit! I love making it because it's so easy and super refreshing. The combination of frozen strawberries and creamy yogurt is simply unbeatable. With the Thermomix® preparation is child's play. A little agave nectar provides the sweetness, but you can of course also use honey or maple syrup. Perfect for hot days or as a delicious dessert after grilling. And the best part: it's much healthier than store-bought ice cream!

Ingredients (4 ingredients)

300 g deep-frozen strawberries
500 g Cream yogurt
4 tbsp Agave nectar
3 piece Strawberries

Preparation (5 steps)

Puree strawberries

Thermomix® Setting

30 sec/Speed 10

Put 300 g deep-frozen strawberries into the mixing bowl and puree for 30 sec./speed 10.

Add yogurt and agave nectar

Thermomix® Setting

20 sec/Speed 4

Add 500 g cream yogurt and 4 tbsp agave nectar to the pureed strawberries in the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./speed 4 until a creamy mass is formed. If necessary, add some more agave nectar and stir for another 5 sec./speed 4.

Freeze

Fill the mixture into a freezer-safe container (approx. 750 ml capacity) and freeze for approx. 5 hours. While freezing, initially stir every 30 minutes, then once per hour with a fork to prevent the formation of ice crystals and to obtain a creamy ice cream.
