Description

This creamy dauphinois gratin is a comforting and tasty dish, perfect to accompany your winter meals.   • 2 clove Garlic
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 50 cl Thick crème fraîche
  • 800 g Firm flesh potatoes

Put 2 peeled garlic cloves in the Thermomix bowl and mix 3 Sec./Stufe 7.

Add the milk and cream

Add 500 ml of milk, 50 cl of thick crème fraîche, salt, pepper and grated nutmeg to the Thermomix bowl. Mix 5 Min./90°C/Stufe 2.

Preparation of the potatoes

Meanwhile, peel and cut 800 g of firm flesh potatoes into thin slices. Add them to the Thermomix bowl.

Cooking the potatoes

25 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 90 Reverse

Cook everything 25 Min./90°C/Linkslauf Stufe 1.

Bake in the oven

Butter a gratin dish. Pour the preparation into the dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes, or until the gratin is golden brown.
