Description
This tuna mousse is a delicious appetizer that is very easy to prepare with the Thermomix®. Perfect for a summer brunch or a tasty aperitif, it is prepared in a few minutes and wins everyone over with its creaminess and intense tuna flavor, enriched by sun-dried tomatoes. I often serve it spread on bread croutons or as a filling for canapés. A piece of advice? Prepare it in advance, so the flavors blend even better! Also excellent for stuffing sandwiches or sandwiches for a quick and tasty lunch. A real joker in the kitchen!

160 g drained tuna in olive oil

250 g creamy fresh cheese

8 piece sun-dried tomatoes

30 ml fresh cream

Preparation (3 steps)
Ingredients in the bowl
Insert the well-drained tuna in olive oil (160 g), creamy fresh cheese (250 g), sun-dried tomatoes (8), fresh cream (30 ml), pepper (q.s.) and fine salt (q.s.) into the Thermomix bowl.
Blend the ingredients
Blend all the ingredients in the Thermomix for 20 Sec./Stufe 8, until you get a homogeneous and smooth cream.
Plate and decorate
Transfer the tuna mousse to a serving bowl and level it slightly with a spatula. Garnish with a sun-dried tomato, a piece of tuna in olive oil, a drizzle of olive oil (q.s.) and a few parsley leaves (q.s.).
