Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 400 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 Onion
  • 250 g Brown mushrooms
  • 2 EL Rapeseed oil
  • 1 EL Flour
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Cream or milk
  • 200 g Frozen peas
  • 1 EL Chopped parsley
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper

Preparation (8 steps)

Sear chicken

Cut 400 g chicken breast fillet into thin strips. Heat 1 tbsp rapeseed oil in a pan and sear the chicken for 2 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Prepare onions and mushrooms

Peel and quarter 1 onion. Slice 250 g brown mushrooms.

Chop onions

Place onion quarters in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Sauté onions

Add 1 tbsp rapeseed oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add mushrooms

Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5 min./120°C/speed 1.

Stir in flour

Add 1 tbsp flour and stir in for 1 min./120°C/speed 1.

Deglaze and simmer

Add 200 ml vegetable broth and 200 g cream or milk. Add 200 g frozen peas and simmer for 8 min./90°C/speed 2.

Season and add chicken

Season with salt, pepper and 1 tbsp chopped parsley. Add the seared chicken and heat for 2 min./90°C/speed 2.
