Description

This eggnog cake is a simple and delicious cake that is perfect for any occasion. With just a few ingredients and quick preparation, it's ideal for novice bakers. The cake is moist and flavorful and tastes good both warm and cold. Preparation takes about 80 minutes.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 250 ml Sunflower oil
  • 250 ml Eggnog
  • 5 Stück Eggs
  • 125 g Cornstarch (sifted)
  • 125 g Flour (sifted)
  • 250 g Powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1 Pck. Baking powder
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar

Mix eggs, oil and eggnog

Add 250 ml sunflower oil, 250 ml eggnog and 5 eggs to the mixing bowl and mix for 30 sec./speed 4.

Mix and add dry ingredients

Sift 125 g cornstarch, 125 g flour, 1 packet baking powder, 1 packet vanilla sugar and 250 g powdered sugar into the mixing bowl and then stir in for 30 sec./speed 4.

Pour batter into pan and bake

Grease a bundt cake pan and dust with flour. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Place the pan in the cold oven and bake at 160 degrees for about 60 minutes.
