A simple and refreshing parsley salad.
Ingredients (10 ingredients)

2 Stück Tomatoes

2 Bund Parsley
-
1 Stück Cucumber
-
0.5 Stück Lettuce
-
2 Stück Lemons
-
1 Stängel Mint
-
Olive oil
-
Salt
-
Pepper
-
Egg white
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare tomatoes and cucumber
Put the tomatoes into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 Sec./level 4. Then transfer the chopped tomatoes to a bowl. Put the cucumber or lettuce into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 Sec./level 4. Add the chopped cucumber or lettuce to the tomatoes in the bowl.
Chop parsley and mint
Put the parsley and mint into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 Sec./level 6. Scrape down the edge with the spatula.
Mix salad
Add the chopped parsley and mint to the tomatoes and cucumber in the bowl. Add the juice of 2 lemons, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Stir salad
Mix all ingredients well together in the bowl.
Serve salad
Serve the salad and add egg white if desired.
