Description

Chicken fillet with mushrooms and gorgonzola cheese, a quick and easy casserole dish.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 300 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 4 Stück Spring onions
  • 400 g Chicken fillets
  • 2 EL Oil
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • 120 ml Dry white wine
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 100 g Gorgonzola
  • 4 EL Thickened wild lingonberries

Preparation (11 steps)

Prepare mushrooms

Clean 300 g of mushrooms and halve them depending on their size. Set aside.

Chop onion

Peel 1 onion, quarter it and put it in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 seconds/level 5.

Sauté onion

Thermomix® Setting

Add 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté for 3 minutes/120°C/level 1.

Prepare spring onions

Clean, wash and cut 4 spring onions into rings. Set aside a few rings for sprinkling.

Fry meat

Pat 400 g chicken fillets dry and dice. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in an ovenproof pan. Fry the fillets all over. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.

Sauté mushrooms and spring onions

Add the prepared mushrooms and spring onions (except for a few for sprinkling) to the onion in the pan and sauté.

Deglaze and bring to a boil

Deglaze with 120 ml dry white wine and 100 ml vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Stir in mascarpone

Stir in 250 g mascarpone. Season with salt and pepper.

Add meat and Gorgonzola

Mix in the fried fillet cubes. Crumble 100 g of Gorgonzola and spread on top.

Bake

Bake under the hot oven grill for about 5 minutes.

Arrange

Remove chicken pan from the oven and arrange. Spread 4 tablespoons of thickened wild lingonberries on top. Sprinkle with remaining spring onions. Rice tastes good with it.
