Description

This ginger and lemon fish fillet dish is a recipe that I often prepare at home. It is light, tasty and very easy to make with the Thermomix®. Ginger gives it a fresh and slightly spicy touch that combines perfectly with white fish. I usually use tilapia or hake, but any firm white fish works well. The butter and lemon sauce is simply delicious and enhances the flavor of the fish. It is prepared in an instant and is perfect for a quick and healthy meal. Go ahead and try it, you will love it! Ideal for a light dinner or a quick lunch.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 2 piece Tilapia or Hake fillets
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 gramos Ginger
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 2 cucharadas soperas Butter
  • 30 mililitros Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Preparation (5 steps)

Chopped garlic and ginger

Place 2 peeled garlic cloves and 2 grams of peeled ginger in the Thermomix glass. Crush for 3 seconds at speed 7.

Preparation of the butter sauce

Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the Thermomix glass. Cook for 5 minutes at 100°C at speed 1.

Add lemon juice and spices

2 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

Add the juice of 1 lemon, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper to the Thermomix glass. Cook for 2 minutes at 100°C at speed 1. Reserve the sauce.

Cook the fish in the pan

In a frying pan, heat 30 ml of oil over medium heat. Season 2 tilapia or hake fillets with salt and pepper. Cook the fillets for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Serve

Serve the fish and cover it with the reserved butter, ginger and garlic sauce.
