Description

This recipe for fried salmon with broccoli is a quick and easy main course, ideal for a high-protein and low-carb diet. The salmon is fried in a pan, while the broccoli is cooked in the Thermomix® and refined with a creamy sauce. In just 30 minutes, a healthy and delicious dish is on the table, perfect for a light lunch or dinner. The portions are designed for two people.

Ingredients (11 ingredients)

  • 2 Stück Salmon fillet (à 150 g)
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 1 EL Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 EL Oil

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Put 1 small peeled and quartered onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Add 1 clove of garlic and chop for 3 sec./level 7.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add 2 tbsp olive oil to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Prepare and add broccoli

Divide 500 g broccoli into florets and place in the mixing bowl. Add 100 ml vegetable stock and cook for 10 min./100°C/level 1.

Prepare sauce

Add 50 ml cream, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste to the mixing bowl and stir for 3 min./90°C/level 2.

Fry salmon

Season 2 salmon fillets (à 150 g) with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a separate pan and fry the salmon fillets in it from both sides until cooked.

Mix salmon and broccoli

Carefully add the fried salmon fillets to the broccoli in the mixing bowl and fold in for 1 min./reverse/level 1 so as not to break the fillets.

Arrange the fried salmon with broccoli on plates and serve.
