Description

Homemade ground meat rolls from the Thermomix® are a protein-rich main course with ground meat, garlic, and paprika powder. Preparation takes a total of 145 minutes, of which 25 minutes are active working time. The recipe is designed for 4 servings and is ideal for lovers of hearty, Mediterranean cuisine. Perfect for grilling or as a quick meal for the whole family.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 500 g Ground meat - mixed, beef and pork or beef and lamb
  • 1 TL Hot paprika powder
  • 1 TL Sweet paprika powder
  • 0.5 TL Baking soda
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 2 Prisen Black pepper
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • Olive oil for frying

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop garlic

Place 2 garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 7. Use the spatula to scrape down the sides.

Prepare ground meat

Add 500 g mixed ground meat (beef and pork or beef and lamb), 1 tsp hot paprika powder, 1 tsp sweet paprika powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 2 pinches of black pepper and 1 tbsp olive oil to the garlic in the mixing bowl.

Mix ground meat

20 sec/Speed 4 Reverse

Mix all ingredients for 20 sec/speed 4 on reverse.

Form ground meat rolls

Remove the ground meat mixture from the mixing bowl and use your hands to form about 10 equally sized (50 g each) and approx. 10 cm long rolls.

Chill ground meat rolls

Place the formed rolls on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).

Fry Cevapcici

Heat plenty of olive oil in a pan and fry the Cevapcici over medium heat for 10 minutes on all sides until cooked through.
