Description

These wholemeal honey cookies are a great alternative for a healthy and tasty breakfast.   • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Honey
  • 1 piece Eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • Baking powder

Emulsify egg, oil and honey

In the Thermomix bowl, pour 1 egg, an unspecified quantity of extra virgin olive oil and an unspecified quantity of honey. Add an unspecified quantity of vanilla extract. Mix for 20 Sec./Speed 3.

Add flour and baking powder

Add an unspecified quantity of wholemeal flour and an unspecified quantity of baking powder to the bowl. Mix for 30 Sek./Speed 4.

Form the balls

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface. Take about 25 g of dough and roll it between your hands to form a ball. Flatten slightly between the palms.

Arrange and bake

Place the flattened ball on a baking sheet, previously lined with parchment paper, and form the other balls with the rest of the dough. With the tines of a fork, imprint the texture on the balls, flattening them a little more. Bake the wholemeal honey cookies in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.
