Description

These chicken rolls with white wine are a perfect dinner-saver! Preparing them is child's play and the result is a tasty and flavorful dish that the whole family will love. The filling of bacon, Parmesan and parsley makes the meat tender and succulent, while the white wine gives a delicate and enveloping aroma. I love them because they are ready in less than half an hour and can be accompanied with a side of fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes. A simple but effective idea for a quick and delicious lunch or dinner. Perfect also for those who have little time but do not want to give up taste!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 4 persone Doses
  • Chicken breast
  • Bacon (stretched)
  • Flour
  • Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Parsley
  • Dry white wine
  • Shallot
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil (EVO)

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop bacon and parsley

Put the bacon and parsley in the bowl. Chop for 5 Sec./Stufe 7.

Prepare the filling

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

Fill the rolls

Beat the slices of chicken breast with a meat tenderizer and fill each slice with a spoonful of the prepared filling. Roll up the slices and secure them with a toothpick.

Chop the shallot

Put the shallot in the bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Stufe 5.

Sauté the shallot

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/248°F/Speed 1 120

Add the extra virgin olive oil and sauté for 3 Min./120°C/Stufe 1.

Cook the rolls

Flour the chicken rolls and place them in a pan with the sautéed shallot. Brown the rolls on all sides, salt and deglaze with the white wine. Cook over low heat for a few more minutes, until the cooking juices have become creamy.
