Description

This lasagne recipe is a hearty and satisfying dish, perfect for a festive dinner or a cozy family meal. The preparation takes place in several steps, starting with browning the meat and preparing a creamy white sauce in the Thermomix®. The lasagne is then layered and baked with cheese. The preparation time is about 90 minutes and yields 6 servings.

  • 500 g Ground meat mixed
  • 1 Tube Tomato paste
  • 1 Liter Milk
  • 100 g Flour
  • 100 g Margarine
  • Fondor
  • Lasagne sheets
  • Cheese

Preparation (6 steps)

Brown meat and prepare sauce

Brown 500-700 g of mixed ground meat in a separate pan. Add 1 tube of tomato paste and sauté briefly. Mix everything together and season as usual.

Prepare roux

Put 100 g of margarine into the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min./100°C/speed 1.

Add 100 g of flour and sauté for 2 min./100°C/speed 2.

Prepare white sauce

Thermomix® Setting
8 min/194°F/Speed 3 194°F

Add 1 liter of milk and cook for 8 min./90°C/speed 3 while stirring. Season with Fondor or other spices.

Layer lasagne

Layer a baking dish alternately with meat sauce, white sauce and lasagne sheets.

Bake lasagne

Sprinkle the lasagne with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
