Description

This layered biscuit cream dessert is an absolute eye-catcher and super easy to prepare! I like to make it when visitors announce themselves spontaneously or as a sweet ending to a relaxed dinner. The combination of creamy filling and crunchy biscuit pieces is simply irresistible. The preparation only takes about 20 minutes, perfect if you need something quick. The layering in the glass also makes the dessert look really chic. Ideal for birthdays or other festive occasions!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 1 container Whipping cream
  • 1 Pck. Cream stiffener
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 500 g Quark
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 2 Pck. Biscuits

Preparation (4 steps)

Whip the cream until stiff

Insert the butterfly. Add one cup of whipping cream and 1 packet of cream stiffener to the mixing bowl and whip until stiff for 2 min./speed 3.5. Remove the butterfly and transfer the cream.

Prepare the cream

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add 250 g mascarpone, 250 g cream cheese, 500 g quark and 80 g sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3. Carefully fold in the whipped cream.

Chop the biscuits

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 5

Add 2 packets of biscuits to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./speed 5.

Layer the dessert

Layer the cream and the chopped biscuits alternately in dessert glasses. Refrigerate until serving.
