Description

This layered dessert with chocolate butter biscuits is an absolute delight and so easy to prepare! I especially like to make it when things need to be quick or when visitors announce themselves spontaneously. The combination of crunchy biscuits, creamy yogurt cream and fresh mint is simply unbeatable. Thanks to the gluten- and lactose-free ingredients, it is also suitable for allergy sufferers. A great dessert for birthdays or just in between. Enjoy!

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • 2 Pck. gluten- and lactose-free butter biscuits with chocolate
  • 150 g lactose-free whipped cream
  • 250 g lactose-free yogurt
  • 35 g Sugar
  • 25 g lactose-free whole milk chocolate
  • 2 Stiel Mint

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop butter biscuits

Place the gluten- and lactose-free butter biscuits with chocolate in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec/speed 5. Set aside some crumbs for garnish.

Whip cream until stiff

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Speed 3.5

Place the lactose-free whipped cream in the mixing bowl and whip with the butterfly whisk for 2 min/speed 3.5. Remove the butterfly whisk and transfer the cream.

Prepare yogurt cream

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Place the lactose-free yogurt and sugar in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.

Fold in cream

Carefully fold the whipped cream into the yogurt cream and transfer.

Melt chocolate

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/122°F/Speed 2 50

Break the lactose-free whole milk chocolate into pieces, place in the mixing bowl and melt for 3 min/50°C/speed 2.

Layer layered dessert

Layer crumbs, banana slices and yogurt cream alternately in glasses. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top.

Garnish dessert

Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Garnish the dessert with mint and the remaining crumbs.
