Description

This layered cookie cream dessert is a real eye-catcher and super easy to prepare! I like to make it when visitors announce themselves spontaneously or as a sweet ending to a relaxed dinner. The combination of creamy filling and crunchy cookie pieces is simply irresistible. The preparation only takes about 20 minutes, perfect if you need something quick. The layering in the glass also makes the dessert look really chic. Ideal for birthdays or other festive occasions!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

1 container Whipped cream
1 Pck. Cream stiffener
250 g Mascarpone
250 g Cream cheese
500 g Quark
80 g Sugar
2 Pck. Cookies

Preparation (4 steps)

Whip cream until stiff

Thermomix® Setting

Insert the butterfly. Add one cup of whipped cream and 1 packet of cream stiffener to the mixing bowl and whip for 2 min./speed 3.5 until stiff. Remove the butterfly and transfer the cream.

Add 250 g mascarpone, 250 g cream cheese, 500 g quark and 80 g sugar to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec./speed 3. Carefully fold in the whipped cream.
