Description

This Asian game spice mixture is an aromatic highlight for meat dishes. The versatile blend of Szechuan pepper, star anise and many other herbs and spices gives game and other meats a special touch. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes only 15 minutes and yields a large amount of spice mixture that can be stored well. Ideal for those who like to experiment and give their dishes an Asian touch.

Prepare ingredients

Weigh all ingredients and have them ready. Break the star anise blossoms a little, if necessary, so that they fit better into the mixing bowl.

Transfer spice mixture

Transfer the finished spice mixture from the mixing bowl into an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place.
