Description

These stuffed peaches are a fresh and delicious appetizer, perfect for hot days or for a festive meal. The combination of the sweetness of the peach with the flavor of the seafood is simply irresistible. I have been preparing them for years and they are always a success. They can be prepared in advance and have them ready in the refrigerator. A simple, quick and everyone likes dish! If you want to give it a special touch, you can add some toasted pine nuts or raisins to the mixture. You will love it!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

200 gramos Tuna in oil
3 piece Hard-boiled eggs
1 cup Mayonnaise
4 piece Peaches in syrup, halved
4 piece Surimi or Crab sticks
100 centímetros cúbicos Canned tomato in sauce
12 piece Prawns or cooked king prawns
3 hojas Lettuce

Preparation of the ingredients

Drain the tuna in oil well and set aside. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Peel and finely chop the hard-boiled eggs. Grate or cut the crab sticks into small pieces. Cook the prawns or king prawns in boiling water for 3 minutes, peel and chop. Reserve all the ingredients.
