Description

Lemon Salmon from the oven is a high-protein main course with salmon fillet, lemon and fresh parsley, prepared in the Thermomix®. The Mediterranean dish is ready in 30 minutes and yields 4 servings. Ideal for a healthy, festive meal or as a light family meal. Thanks to the simple preparation in the Thermomix®, the salmon is guaranteed to succeed.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 4 Stück Salmon fillet
  • 120 g Salmon fillet
  • 1 Stück Lemon
  • 6 EL Native olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pink pepper
  • 15 g Parsley (smooth)
  • 2 Becher Cream cheese horseradish

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare lemon

Wash the lemon in hot water and dry. Grate 1 teaspoon of the lemon zest. Then cut the lemon into slices. Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.

Chop parsley

Wash the parsley, shake dry and put the leaves in the mixing bowl. Then chop for 3 sec./speed 8. Transfer and set aside.

Season salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry and place in a baking dish (approx. 25 x 20 x 5 cm). Add 6 tablespoons of native olive oil, lemon zest, salt and pink pepper to the mixing bowl and mix for 5 sec./speed 3.

Brush salmon

Pour the prepared marinade from the mixing bowl over the salmon fillets and spread evenly. Distribute the lemon slices on the salmon fillets.

Cook salmon

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and cook the salmon for about 15 minutes.

Arrange

After cooking, remove the salmon from the oven. Use two teaspoons to cut out dumplings of horseradish cream cheese and spread them on the salmon fillets. Serve sprinkled with the chopped parsley.
