This Nutella layer dessert from the Thermomix® is a simple and quick sweet dish with ladyfingers, mascarpone and hazelnut cream. Prepared in just 30 minutes, the recipe yields 6 servings. Ingredients (6 ingredients)

200 g Ladyfingers
250 g Mascarpone
250 g Low-fat quark
50 g Sugar
200 g Whipping cream
200 g Hazelnut cream

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop ladyfingers

Put the ladyfingers into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./level 5. Transfer and set aside.

Stir mascarpone, quark and sugar

Put mascarpone, quark and sugar in the mixing bowl and stir for 20 sec./level 3.

Whisk cream until stiff

Pour the cream into the mixing bowl and whisk with the butterfly for 2 min./level 3.5 until stiff. Keep visual contact!

Fold in cream

Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone-quark-sugar mixture using a spatula.

Prepare layer dessert

In dessert glasses or a bowl, first add a layer of chopped ladyfingers, then a layer of the cream and some hazelnut cream on top. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used up. Finish with hazelnut cream.
