Description

Sheet pan pancakes are easy and quick to prepare and are perfect for brunch or dessert.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 250 g Wheat flour Type 405 or 550
  • 600 ml Milk - 3.5% fat
  • 3 Eggs - Size M
  • 2 Päckchen Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 80 g Butter
  • Powdered sugar - for sprinkling

Preparation (8 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 200°C circulating air. This is a preparation step without Thermomix setting.

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/keine/Speed 4

Put 600 ml milk, 250 g flour, 2 packets of Bourbon vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of salt into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 4. Scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Stir in eggs

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/keine/Speed 3

Add 3 eggs and stir in for another 10 sec/speed 3.

Prepare baking sheets

Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Melt 80 g butter in a small saucepan. This is a preparation step without Thermomix setting.

Distribute butter

Spread the melted butter in equal parts on the baking sheets. This is a preparation step without Thermomix setting.

Divide dough

Halve the dough and spread one half on each of the prepared baking sheets. This is a preparation step without Thermomix setting.

Bake

Slide the baking sheets into the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes until the dough forms bubbles and is golden brown. This is a preparation step without Thermomix setting.

Serve

Remove the oven pancakes from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired and serve. This is a preparation step without Thermomix setting.
