Description

This creamy pasta with salmon and spinach is an absolute favorite for quick and easy meals! I often make it when I need something quick, but still want something healthy on the table. The salmon provides a fine note, the spinach brings a fresh component and the Parmesan rounds everything off perfectly. The preparation in the Thermomix® is super easy and saves time. Perfect for a relaxed evening or a quick lunch. And the best part: the whole family loves it!

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 200 g Salmon
  • 200 g Leaf spinach fresh
  • 1 piece Onion(s)
  • 4 Zehe(n) Garlic clove(s)
  • 800 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Lemon aroma
  • 0.5 piece Lemon(s), juice of it

Preparation (6 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Peel the onion, halve it and place it in the mixing bowl with the garlic cloves. Chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Use the spatula to push everything down from the edge.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add the olive oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Add spaghetti, broth, cream and lemon flavoring

Add the spaghetti, vegetable broth, cream and lemon flavoring to the mixing bowl.

Cook pasta

Thermomix® Setting
10 min/212°F/Speed 1 100 Reverse

Simmer everything for 10 min./100°C/speed 1, activate the reverse and stir regularly with the spatula.

Add salmon and spinach

Thermomix® Setting
3 min/212°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 100 Reverse

Add the diced salmon and the coarsely chopped leaf spinach and simmer for a further 3 min./100°C/reverse speed 1 until the pasta is al dente.

Season and serve

Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Serve the pasta immediately sprinkled with grated Parmesan.
