Description

This pomegranate mascarpone dessert with pomegranate, mascarpone, yogurt and shortbread is prepared in the Thermomix® in just 15 minutes. The dessert yields 4 servings and is ideal as a festive layered dessert in autumn and winter. Thanks to the simple preparation, it is perfect for spontaneous gourmets and as a crowning finale to a menu.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

1 Stück Pomegranate
200 g Mascarpone
200 g Yogurt
1 Pck. Bourbon Vanilla Sugar
4 EL Sugar
100 g Shortbread
50 g white Meringue Drops

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare pomegranate

Break open the pomegranate and carefully remove the seeds. Set the seeds aside.

Prepare mascarpone cream

Thermomix® Setting

20 sec/Speed 3

Put 200 g mascarpone, 200 g yogurt, 1 pack of bourbon vanilla sugar and 4 tbsp sugar into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.

Chop shortbread

Thermomix® Setting

5 sec/Speed 5

Put 100 g shortbread into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec/speed 5. If necessary, push down with the spatula and repeat the process until the desired consistency is reached.
