Description

This lemony paprika chicken in parchment paper is a tasty and easy to prepare dish, perfect for a family dinner or with friends. The lemon and paprika marinade gives the meat a delicate and slightly spicy flavor. I have been preparing this dish for years and it is always a hit. The chicken is incredibly tender and juicy thanks to the cooking in parchment paper. Accompanied by rice and a light sauce, it is a complete and balanced meal. Feel free to vary the aromatic herbs according to your tastes. A real treat!
