Description
With this Thermomix® recipe, marzipan is ready in just 5 minutes. The main ingredients are sugar, blanched almonds, rose water and bitter almond flavor. The recipe is ideal for quickly preparing confectionery, Christmas treats or as a homemade gift idea. It makes one portion of marzipan and is perfect as finger food or dessert.
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

200 g Sugar

200 g blanched Almonds

20 g Rose water

10 Tropfen Bitter almond flavor
Preparation (3 steps)
Pulverize sugar and grind almonds
Put 200 g sugar into the mixing bowl and pulverize for 15 sec/level 10, then transfer. Put 200 g blanched almonds into the mixing bowl and grind for 15 sec/level 7.
Prepare marzipan mixture
Add icing sugar, 20 g rose water and 10 drops of bitter almond flavor and mix for 20 sec/level 5. Use marzipan as desired or form into a bar, wrap in cling film and store in the refrigerator.
Adjust moisture (optional)
If the mixture is too crumbly, add 1 tbsp of water and mix for a further 5 sec/level 5.
