  • 300 gramos Fresh salmon
  • 2 piece Potato
  • 2 dientes Garlic
  • 1 chorro Olive oil
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground black pepper
  • 2 cucharadas de postre Grain mustard

Initial preparation of the potatoes

Wash the potatoes well and cut them into large wedges. Place the potatoes in the basket.

Cooking the potatoes

Pour 700 ml of water into the bowl. Introduce the basket with the potatoes. Cook 7 Min./Varoma/Stufe 1.

Salmon preparation

Spread two sheets of aluminum foil on the work table. Place a slice of salmon on each sheet. Season the salmon to taste.

Flavoring the salmon

Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices and place them on the salmon. Add a couple of lemon slices to each portion.

Sealing the parchment

Close each parchment forming a hermetic package, making sure there are no openings so that the fish cooks in its own juice.

Steaming the salmon

Place the parchments in the Varoma. Make sure the bowl is empty and clean. Pour 500 ml of water into the bowl. Place the Varoma on the bowl and program 20 Min./Varoma/Stufe 1.

Preparation of rustic potatoes

While the salmon is cooking, preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the cooked potatoes in a baking dish. Season to taste, add sliced garlic and drizzle with olive oil.

Baking the potatoes

Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve

Open the parchments carefully so as not to burn yourself. Serve the salmon in parchment with the rustic potatoes and accompany with grain mustard.
