Description

Hearty and quick soup with minced meat and leek.

Ingredients (12 ingredients)

  • 500 g Minced meat, mixed
  • 1 Stück Leek
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 20 g Oil
  • 1 l Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Processed cheese
  • 200 ml Cream
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack Pepper
  • nach Geschmack Nutmeg
  • Parsley, fresh (optional)

Preparation (8 steps)

Prepare leek

Clean the leek, cut lengthwise and wash thoroughly to remove any soil and sand residue. Then cut the leek into fine rings and set aside.

Brown meat

Brown the minced meat in a separate pan until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Set the browned minced meat aside.

Chop onion and garlic

Peel the 1 onion and place the 1 clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add the 20 g oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Add leek and vegetable broth

Add the leek rings and 1 liter of vegetable broth to the mixing bowl and cook for 10 min./100°C/level 1.

Add processed cheese

Add the 200 g processed cheese to the mixing bowl and stir for 5 min./60°C/level 2 until the cheese has melted.

Add minced meat and cream

Thermomix® Setting
5 min/194°F/Linkslauf Speed 1 194°F Reverse

Add the browned minced meat and 200 ml cream to the mixing bowl and heat for 5 min./90°C/reverse rotation level 1. Leave the measuring cup on.

Season and serve

Season the soup with salt, pepper and nutmeg. If necessary, garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
