Description

This game broth with pancake strips and tender spider steak is a real highlight for special occasions! I especially like to make it in autumn and winter, when it's game season. The spider steak is an often-forgotten but very tender cut of game. The broth simmers for hours with game bones, root vegetables and fresh herbs, giving it an intense flavor. The homemade pancake strips round off the dish perfectly. A hearty and warming dish that is guaranteed to impress!
