Description

This chicken tagine with citrus fruits and olives is a tasty and fragrant dish, perfect for autumn and winter evenings. I have been preparing this recipe for years and it is always a sensation with my guests. The chicken, marinated in a spice mixture, is incredibly tender and juicy.   • 1 c. à café Ginger powder
  • 1 c. à café Turmeric
  • 1 piece Onion(s)
  • 2 piece Candied lemons
  • 12 piece Nice olives

Add the marinated chicken thighs, Nice olives, salt, pepper, ginger powder, turmeric, lemon cut into quarters and 1 glass of water in the Thermomix® bowl. Program 45 Min./100°C/Level 1/Reverse.

Add the candied lemons cut into pieces in the Thermomix® bowl. Program 5 Min./100°C/Level 1/Reverse to reheat them.
