  • 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground black pepper

  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 piece medium lemon, juiced
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground black pepper

Prepare Panko Mixture

Add 1 cup panko bread crumbs, 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, and ¼ teaspoon ground paprika to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 5.

Prepare Honey Mustard Mixture

Add 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 3 tablespoons honey, and 1 tablespoon olive oil to the mixing bowl. Mix for 5 Sec./Stufe 3.

Prepare Chicken

Slice 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves in half horizontally to form thin fillets. Cut each fillet into strips. Dip chicken strips in the honey mustard mixture, then coat in the panko mixture.

Bake Chicken

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly coat a large baking dish with oil. Place the coated chicken strips in the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven until tenders are golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes, turning over halfway through.

Add 4 cloves garlic to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 Sec./Stufe 7. Add 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 4 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons olive oil, juice of 1 medium lemon, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper. Mix for 5 Sec./Stufe 3.

Serve the honey mustard sauce with the baked chicken tenders.
